We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping address, including the street name, house/apartment number, city, state/province, and zip/postal code. Even a minor typo or omission can cause significant issues during the shipping process.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information. Specialty products may cause shipping delays. Please check individual product descriptions for estimated fulfillment times. Orders without specified shipping estimates may take up to 8 business days to process, though they often ship sooner.
Shipping Policy:
Duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for packages once they reach the destination country, as we have no control over international postal systems.
If there are issues after the package reaches the destination country, the recipient must contact their local postal service. The recipient is also responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges.
Customs may require you to complete forms before receiving your package. The recipient must check with their customs office about any fees, as we cannot provide exact amounts. By completing your order, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
If customs seizes your package, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If you refuse or return your order, no international shipping charges or fees paid to local governments will be refunded. Contact your local customs office with any questions.
Returns & Refunds Policy:
Returns and exchanges are only available for orders placed on our web store and delivered within Singapore. Returns must be issued from the same shipping location as the original order. Returns and exchanges are only available for orders above $75, unless stated otherwise (e.g., the product description states “Final Sale”).
Items in orders under $75 are final sale. Return requests must not exceed $600 per order. Returns over $300 are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your package, and the return must be sent within 14 days. Returns shipped more than 14 days after the label was created are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
Items must be returned at the customer's expense in new, unused condition with original tags. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, excluding the original shipping charge, except for faulty or incorrectly shipped items.
Exchange orders are final sale, and will not be applicable for another round of refunds ,or returns.
Sale Items:
Items purchased on sale or at a discount are final and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund. If we receive an unapproved returned sale or discounted item, no refund will be issued.
